Ingredients
- Berries (blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries) - however, you can choose whatever berries you'd like to use
- Banana
- Milk (you can also use almond milk or coconut milk as a substitute)
- Yogurt
- Additional : A handful of spinach or tablespoon of chia seeds also add extra healthy nutrients to it
Direction
- Using a high powered blender, add all of the ingredients. Make sure to add the wet ingredients (juice or milk) first and the frozen items last
- Blend for around 1 minute or until smooth. Add more liquid if you notice that the blender is struggling to puree the fruit.
- Transfer to a tall glass with a straw and enjoy!

- You may use fresh or frozen fruits, bit if you do choose frozen fruit, using a high powered blender is suggested so that everything is well-blended to the texture we all know and love.
